“I just tried Ziano’s for the first time ever Saturday and it’s sooooo good I’m blown away! I can’t believe I never heard of it before🤯 Great food, great portions, great prices. That’s what I’m talking about‼️🍝🥗🍤🍇🥖🍅🧄🧅 me and my husbands new favorite restaurant💗 we will bring the kiddos very soon. Rachel was an excellent server and brought our food fast and treated us so nicely.“

“better service and food quality. the mgr was a total jerk almost because I asked for dry breadsticks cause I have to watch my salt an normally the other manager that use to be there was great at making this with no problem. 15 min went by n no dry bread sticks yet even after our food came out and then the girl went back to get them and then 10 more min went by and now we r almost done with our food so a family member went and asked about them and they forgot and just put them in and not even 2 min later they brought them out half raw so I took them back and asked if it were possible to get dry cooked bread sticks that its already been over 20 min cause you kept forgetting n then bring me under cooked bteadsticks to 5-10 min later the rude manager up front brought them out with a grin but now they are black. I asked him as a mgr do you think this is presentable and represented fazzolis? with a smile hr say I don't know I don't eat dry bread sticks and I told him this was poor service and uncalled for and with a smile he says have a merry Christmas..this was 3 weeks ago and I'll be happy to send u a pic of all the bread sticks that I still have a photo of. I filed a complaint online before leaving and obviously this is how you people handle business because no one replied back. we spent almost $30 that could have been spent where they care about their food and customers.“

“While most of us understand customer service as the direct one-on-one interaction between a consumer and a company representative, when this is done with grace, joy and true compassion, it becomes something memorable to witness. I visited Casa! on Jefferson Blvd Friday night, during my overnight stay in FW, after a week's work away of home. The beautiful, blonde bartender (I missed her name...Mea Culpa) hardworking mom of 3 addressed all her patrons by name, smiling, engaging, sweet as a marshmallow but a hawk overseeing that all of us were taken care of on a very busy night, was a masterclass, the embodiment of world class service herself. Kudos to Casa! for recognizing talent where it is and to her, my best wishes that her son's 16th birthday at the Michigan game with his friends, was a blast.“

“I ordered dinner last night from this location, the food was great! We had some friends over and ordered a BBQ chicken & Gouda pizza, margarita pizza, chicken parm with a white side & fettuccine alfredo, classic lasagna & and a large salad. Everything tasted fresh but we realized later that we did not get our salad. I failed to call in about the missing item at the time, but stopped in the following day and the manager Tony was very helpful and got us taken care of. Great service, clean restaurant, and of course great food.“

“"My visit to Olive Garden was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a great dining experience.
The food was delicious and fresh, with generous portions. The breadsticks and salad were unlimited and so tasty! My main dish was perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
The service was top-notch—our server that was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience! 5/5 stars for great food, excellent service, and a wonderful ambiance. I’ll definitely be back!“

“The food was okay. Not as good as I remembered it. Service was great. It did get kind of loud at one point and we thought a fight was about to break out in the kitchen. It was entertaining. I do recommend the house salad. It's worth it“

“I love Marco's pizza, have no problem with this location. I do have a problem with coupons. I get a flyer that has Fort Wayne, Auburn & Leo, but the coupon code won't work. call the store and they say that code isn't in their system. Corporate needs to be better organized.“

“My teen and I eat breakfast here nearly every Sunday morning. It is a really fun ritual for us to roll out of bed and go see our favorite waitresses, Shonda and Mary. The food is yummy - my favorite sausage links in town since Link's closed, and my kiddo is crazy for the scrambled eggs. Even when Covid is surging, we can sit far enough from others to feel safe. Having Renaissance as a special part of our weekly routine is really important to our parent/child relationship.“

“We love this place! We aren't in New Haven nearly enough but when we are, we make a point to have a pizza night! We used the online order system- super easy to use! And the staff was so sweet to accommodate our late night order last night.“

“Philly with fries, I snuck some of the fries on the trip home so there were a lot more than what’s in the picture. Super friendly service. Just a few tables to sit at but nice clean place. Everyone worked thanked me as I left. Sandwich was warm and juicy! Fries were seasoned just right.“

“I really wish I would have taken a better picture. This is half of my dish and I picked over it. This was probably one of the best pasta dishes I've eaten 😋. Definitely a must try. All the truckers across the street at the truckstop should come get a real meal. And their portions are huge“
