“Owner was very kind & came out to help me with a flat tire when he saw I was struggling with the gas station air pump (which was malfunctioned & was letting air out of my tire instead of in, ended up with a completely flat tire). He came out with a portable pump & stood there with me until my tire was completely aired up again. (Took about 15 mins & it was freezing cold out). Tried to give him $ for the help but he wouldn’t accept it. Very kind man! Didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked nice & clean!“

“People are complaining about the prices but are not taking into consideration how much it costs to run a restaurant in the current economy. They are on the more expensive side but totally worth it. The guys who work here are always super friendly & the portions are generous. Most importantly, the restaurant is always clean when i come in!“

“My dad, daughter, and I had lunch here yesterday (12/14) between 11-12 for the first time at this location, and it was one of the cleanest Burger Kings I’ve ever been in! The employees were all friendly, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work. We made sure to thank them and let them know what a great job they were doing. “A hamburger franchise that was unexpected but surprising because it was so delicious. When I entered the entrance, I was scared because there were no customers.
Even the fountain drinks were delicious. (The mixture of carbonation and syrup was appropriate)“

“Tonia it’s quite the personality at the window. It’s a good change in pace from the typical fast food joint as most fast food joints have somebody out the window with absolutely ZERO personality and ZERO manners.

“Wonderful Taco Bell, great workers, food comes out hot and fast every time and they are very accurate with sauces, sides, and the large orders I make for my family meals on the go. I love the drive through and have been greeted with a smile and friendly conversation with every worker I’ve met. The food comes hot and I’ve never had a long wait and I love having some place to run and get food late at night!! If any part of the order was ever missing or a drink machine ran out of syrup they quickly make it right every time and this speaks highly to how well run it is. They have wonderful customer service! “When we walked in, Seth, the cashier, told us the Arby roast beef sandwich was 5 for 5 with the app. I didn't have the app, so he helped me download it on my phone. After I made my order and I was ready to pay, I couldn't use my gift card. The manager, Dawn Evans, then came to help figure it out. Because it wouldn't let me use the gift card, she was very nice and paid for our sandwiches. We told her it wasn't necessary to do that, but she wouldn't take no for an answer. Dawn said she has been the manager there for many years. She is a great employee. Thank you, Dawn and Seth, for your thoughtfulness.“

“I travel for business in a 4 State area around Indiana. This Taylorsville Bk inside or drive through is the Fastest in the entire area. Always get correct order , clean and friendly service. BK corporate should use this store as an example for “the way to do it right.”.“

“Typical Papa John's pizza. It's not my favorite but it is above average. My only real complaint about this one is the way the drive thru was operated. We pulled up and my order wasn't ready. The kid said I could sit there and wait but if somebody pulled up I should pull around so the next customer could be helped. After about 5 minutes another car pulled behind me so I immediately left the drive thru and drove around to get back in line. When I got around there were 2 cars ahead of me now. Here is where my complaint is... we sat like that for a solid 5+ minutes, no movement, just waiting. The car at the window should have been advised to pull around but apparently was not given the same instructions that I was given. The next car went through the same process. Several minutes of waiting with little to no action at the window. When I finally got back up to the window, the kid seemed surprised that I was back and quickly gathered my order to pass it to me. I realize I'm complaining about first world problems waiting 10 extra minutes for pizza but when I'm told it will be ready at a certain time and then I have to wait longer due to poor organization at the window I'm not going to be super happy.
