There seems to be a common theme here and that’s the lack of urgency with staff-especially on Sundays. Last weekend I went through the drive up and had no issues. Great tasting smoothies and nice staff. The very next day, I went back and wrote this Google review as I stood in the store on a Sunday waiting for my 3 smoothies:

Waited over 75 minutes for 2 wraps and smoothies...items that shouldn't take that long to make! And employees didn't seem to care about getting orders done quicker. They were just standing around and going extra slow. This is supposed to be a quick service type of restaurant, and it was definitely far from that. Received no apology, no refund. definitely won't be back and will not recommend.
