“I came in last night and had a wonderful experience! Employees were friendly as ever!!!! My cashier even took the time out of the courtesy of her heart to help me bring my food out to my car. She saw I had my infant on my hip. And my order contained a kids meal, mine and my husband's dinner, and 3 drinks. I didn't catch her name, but I want to say thank you to the friendly cashier for helping a mom who needed it. It's a small thing, but it's a big thing too. The world needs more people who take a few minutes to lend a helping hand to those in need. You won't find customer service like that at McDonald's!!!!!“

“Well I'm not going to polish this up and make it look like some kind of a five-star restaurant. we're talking about Taco Bell so expectations are what they are for Taco Bell. I do enjoy a lot of the food sometimes the service is not as up to par as other times but that's to be expected. Food is equally as good at this Taco Bell as any other and service varies as it does anywhere else. Overall a great Taco Bell.“

“I want to take a moment and thank the KFC team today, Faye especially. (I'm sorry if I got her name wrong) but she was able to save our family reunion's lunch. We had put an order in Tuesday @ JayC to be ready today by 11:30. Well my daughter and I got to JayC about 11 to check on it, since we were already in town.. well we get there and was told that they weren't sure when our order would be ready...(this woman had nonremourse no, "I'm sorry", Nothing. She said it would be done as soon as they could get it. so of course my family reunion was starting at noon. So I call KFC, and see what they can do for me. I spoke with Faye and she was able to fill my order of 50 pieces within 20 minutes, and gave me a very nice discount to match the price from JayC. Thank you so much so much to the North Vernon, IN KFC! they were great!“
