We had an issue with our meal the night before (they were training a new team member) and they immediately offered a replacement the next day and even graciously gave us an extra burger for no charge. We really appreciate them taking care of us and we will certainly continue to come back as long as people like them are there.“

The line was pretty long, but I figured I’d wait in line. Kudos to Culver’s! They have 2 lanes in the drive through. So it only took me about 15 to get to Odering station and from there another 5 minutes to get my food. I was pretty impressed. Not a bad wait on opening day! On top of that our food was delicious! The execution was baffling; who decided a thick, whole slice of cheese belonged in a snack wrap? It felt completely out of place. This wrap would be significantly improved by sticking to the basics: crispy chicken, shredded cheese, fresh lettuce, and tomato. Ever since McDonald’s brought back their wraps—only for them to be a total letdown—I’ve been on a mission to find a worthy successor to the classic crispy snack wrap. So far, the journey has been underwhelming across most fast-food chains. If you're looking for the closest thing Burger Kingis currently the only one even coming close to hitting the mark.“
