“We dine at this restaurant often, and the food is consistently top notch with impeccable service. Robert, the owner, is very hands-on—always engaging with guests, sharing his knowledge, and even stepping behind the bar to make cocktails. It’s refreshing to see an owner so attentive and involved. We’ve never had a bad meal here, except for this past weekend when my husband ordered the filet. Unfortunately, it wasn’t up to the standard we’ve come to expect—it was rubbery and not edible, but Robert immediately had a new steak prepared and explained that they were testing a new supplier. He genuinely valued our feedback and mentioned that the previous steaks were a big reason we keep coming back. I ordered the whitefish, and it was absolutely superb—perfectly cooked and served over rice with a lemon white wine cream sauce. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. We always sit at the bar and love watching the bartenders craft cocktails. They are personable, friendly, and make the experience even better. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in St. Joseph. Occasional hiccups happen, but the way they’re handled here speaks volumes.”

“Yummy nuggets, spicy deluxe sandwich, fries, relatively short wait times given their amount of orders during rush hours, and the Southwest salad (preferably with nuggets) that not a lot of people get is actually filling & healthy & tasty! A true hidden gem. I won’t really recommend the milkshake tho too creamy and sweet. Also the pickup process could be a bit more organized.”

“As one enters the Café it is a pretty average sized. A place big enough to enjoy as time slows down. Personally, I had a wonderful experience for the service was great for the way they treated me was without judgement or discrimination. Furthermore, they were very efficient for I receive my drink always within a 5-minute time span. Whether my drink be hot or cold it all depends on my mood, sometimes I just let my curiosity fly and explore the exotic drinks. The ones that seem too good to be true, only wanting to know how they taste like. When enjoying these drinks, I can't help but look around and admire the setting of the place. For I could see myself talking to my friend/s, or just trying to use the time to be productive and do some work. With how comfortable the seating it a complete place like nothing is is missing. Finally, I a place where I can say to myself “You be who you are truly are”.”

“The food was delicious of course but what made this evening memorable was the fact that the dishes themselves were interesting. For example instead of using yogurt in the dessert course they use lobna instead of a traditional yogurt. It made for a tart finish and incredibly friendly. I love the open kitchen concept to be able to watch the chefs. We will go again. Dinner for two came out to $210. It seems the restaurant could accommodate large parties if given enough notice and it would be a beautiful facility for a small reception or after party.”

This is the only place I have seen locally that updates their draft selections daily and the guys that run it ARE INCREDIBLE.
