“We ordered from the app and everything was correct with our food. That's saying something. So many places mess up in app orders! I was very happy our food was correct.Our food was not ready when I got there but in their defense, they were very busy and seemed to be short staffed so I completely understand. They were all friendly and working as quickly as they could. Overall it was a good experience and great food.“

I desire ice cream everyday! Multiple times a day!! My favorite blizzard treat is the Brownie Batter Blizzard!! This location is the ONLY location in all of Fort Wayne, Bluffton and Markle, that actually makes it proper!!! I always get a large Brownie Batter Blizzard at least 4 days a week. Some days I’ve even stopped in twice for a large BBBlizzard. The large get 4 scoops or Brownie Batter with 4 scoops of the brownie bits. All the other locations I’ve stopped at do, 1-2 scoops of batter and maybe 2 scoops of brownie bits. I’ve had 2 locations complain they don’t do the 4 scoops of batter because it’s thick and makes the blizzard hard to make. Well I’m sorry, this is part of your job description and that’s what makes this blizzard what it is!! Make it right, or don’t make it at all!! This location though, they do it right all the time!!

The staff here really are great people. The friendliest face that I’ve got used to seeing on my near daily stop is Elijah. I have had several interactions with Elijah and he’s a wonderful person/employee with what I’ve seen as showing great character, a great personality, a positive attitude, great work ethic and always serves and greets with a smile. Elijah wanting to be better at his job asked me out of curiosity, what I believe is the best way to make the blizzard knowing it is a pain to make but It really is best making half/half. Take large cup fill half way with ice cream, 2 scoops of batter, 2 scoops of brownie bits and mix then add the rest of the ice cream, 2 more scoops of batter and bits and mix. Once completed, you are left with perfection that keeps me coming back day after day until the batter runs out. Sadly, I Then have to wait around for next BBBlizzard season.

This DQ location really needs to partake in employee of the month initiatives and honor Elijah with the admirable praise he deserves followed by recognition of the other great employees that make this location the best and only pick for all my DQ Cravings!!“

“it was fine. only complaint is that the prices were wrong. sign said $3.59 for onion rings but they rang me up for $1 onion rings and then added $3.59 for them. so i got charged $4.59 for them. i know it’s just a dollar just it’s just dishonest.“

“So, this is the second Arby's in Fort Wayne I have been to in the last month. It's Lent. The service was great! The floors were really clean! Our food was hot. When I asked for more stuff on my sandwich as it didn't look like the picture, the counter lady gave me a heaping ramekin of lettuce and tartar sauce. Good job! Way better than the Illinois Rd Arby's. BTW, when I wrote my review of Illinois rd, they told me to tell someone else. Wow.“

I feel the employees should be able to speak English a little better with a more clearer communication, mist tines the language barrier is frustrating; was charged twice for an order; received the wrong items.“

“Ordered a taco pizza 20 min before closing. I ordered online and requested pizza sauce instead of bean sauce. They called to check to make sure it was correct or if it was an accident. I pulled up to the drive thru at 11:02 (roads blocked off making me late) the girl was still all smiles, super nice and polite. They made me one of the best taco pizzas I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this Pizza Hut. Thank you for a perfect none greasy pizza❤️“

“The service here has always been top notch imo. The one time I did have a mistake happen, the manager put a free pizza credit on my account. Another time, they ran out of the large pan pizza so they gave me two med pans in consolation.

They did tear down the old building and built a modern one. Still a couple places to sit inside and eat but it definitely focuses more on the delivery aspect now which is a bit sad. Think most people my age miss how the indoor Huts used to be. But that option is still there for people.

The food is very consistent imo which I attribute to how this particular franchise is run. Now, it is still chain pizza but it's a step above average I think. I also like that this location has a drive thru making carry out orders just that much easier and faster.“
