“We took an hour drive to try Burtons for Sunday brunch and we weren’t disappointed!!! What a gem!!! Such a beautiful location , building, and decor! Our server was personable and extremely friendly and welcoming! The brunch was hands down my favorite around. Fresh homemade biscuits and gravy, chicken and waffles, sausage and bacon, fresh fruit and pastries and “to-die-for” hashbrown casserole. The star of the show, however, was the omelette station!!! Omelettes made to order with a variety of fresh ingredients. I opted out but did order 2 eggs over-easy and Brittany prepared them perfectly. This place is a hidden gem! Wish I would have known about it sooner! They also have an event/wedding venue next door. I can just imagine the wonderful events and service hosted there!!”

“We were in town for the weekend and searched Google for places to eat. We both love BBQ, so we thought we'd take the chance. So glad we did, as the food was delicious. If you live in the area and don't eat here, you're missing out.”

“We stopped in an hour before close and had an amazing meal! Everything was delicious and our party of seven were all happy. The server was great. I love the bright decor and we could hear the kitchen singing together as we were leaving at close, which was really sweet and cheerful. “I got there almost at closing time. The store was empty. It appeared to be clean and in order. The food was fresh and yummy.

“I was there today (12-3-19) and whoever was working the drive thru had THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had at a fast food restaurant! (I don't know her name but she did have a green tattoo on her neck) she was excellent!”

“The atmosphere, the staff, the food and OMG, the frozen cider. A WONDERFUL place to stop. We met up with some friends from Mitchell and I asked them to take me there as I had tried a sip of the frozen cider. I am not a drinker by any means, but oh, Heaven on earth it was DELICIOUS! Definitely gonna be back again when I have a driver!!!!! 5+ 🌟”

I deducted 1 star because
1. Food options are non-existent here. I’m not sure if this is a recent change? Some reviews show house made charcuterie boards, burgers and pasta. Certainly was no longer an option on our visit. The only food options are prepackaged deli items in a cooler or fudge. We would have stayed longer if there were dining options.
2. Seating at the bar is standing only.
3. Front porch allows smokers.
4. Location is not great- it’s somewhat connected to a strip mall/type. No greenery. You stare out at a giant potholed parking lot.”

“Nice people but don't you dare break your own seal. They will reject the whole load if you do. Overnight parking is at a premium. Maybe 3-4 trucks MAX! Have your reefer on continuous run. They WILL check it.”
