“The front-line workers are friendly, polite, and respectful. Good service can help gloss over many drawbacks.I have not eaten from Godfathers in several years, and have fond memories of eating at the one that used to be on High School Road on the westside of Indy. It's probably not fair to compare that full-kitchen multi-dining room restaurant with the little seedy pizza oven tucked in the corner of Love's gas station, and it definitely pales in comparison to my nostalgia. But the pizza is decent at a reasonable price served by friendly employees.“

“The waitress we had at this establishment MADE our whole meal THAT much better! She was attentive and so sweet to begin with. She was a top notch waitress and that’s hard to find these days. “I love Arni’s but! Picked up an order of nachos today to go and ask for chips on the side. while I was waiting for my order… I watched a kid try to fit chips in to a pizza box several times, crushing chips. Then, moved to a bag but the actual nachos was too hot for a bag. He moved back to the nachos in pizza box and chips in separate bag. When my name came up and I realized this is my order, I asked for new unbroken bag of chips and the kid denied crushing my chips. He even asked why I didn’t stop him if I was sitting there watching him. I said I didn’t know it was my order but I thought it might be. All happened to fast. The rest was a huge ordeal and truly sucked just for asking for new chips that weren’t broken.“

“Husband had this pizza years ago at a rural location. He completely forgot about it until seeing sign at a different location in another very rural area. I personally have never had it and I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. It's one of my favorite foods. Well he suggested I try it because he remembers loving it over a decade ago. So I agreed and got a simple pepperoni pizza and then drove 15 mins home. Only cost $11.99 plus tax for a 12" Pizza which is cheapest pizza I've ever purchased. I had to rewarm it which made me hesitant on the quality. I was totally wrong. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN. First purchase for me was yesterday and today I went out and bought 2 more. Great dough, sauce, cheese the works. I will forever be a Hunt Brothers Pizza only..“
“This isn’t my first time ordering from this Papa John’s, and it’s consistently solid. I always order direct and get in house delivery, and the difference shows every time. Pizza arrives hot, fresh, and on time. The driver is always polite with a great, positive demeanor, which honestly sets the tone for the whole experience. Food quality stays reliable too: soft crust, proper toppings, and that garlic sauce never misses. When they handle delivery themselves, this place nails it. Five stars without hesitation.“

Live in South America and when I come to the States, Donato’s become a big part of my diet, along with freezing a couple and bringing them home so my husband, who is in love with Donato’s, so he can enjoy also. “This is my favorite local spot to get very good, reasonably priced pizza. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, and the crust is full of flavor, unlike other places where the crust just tasted like a bland dough. I also love that they give you reusable cups!“

Could have been my fault or a misunderstanding.
Donatos took ownership of the mistake and did not argue or make excuses.
They simply corrected the order quickly and the employees all apologize.
They did everything an owner and a customer should expect from an employee of Donatos.

“Went in for lunch yesterday. We all had the buffet. The waitress Dana greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was quick to get our drinks. (They do only serve bottled drinks) She asked us if there was anything special we wanted so that she could make sure there was fresh pizzas available for us. The breadsticks, pasta, and pizza were all hot and fresh. Service was fantastic. Food was great. Restaurant was clean. We will definitely be going back soon.“

“Had a lovely date night dinner tonight, was greeted when we entered, seated quickly, bread and oil was brought, drinks, friendly staff, cozy casual atmosphere and the food was plentiful and so flavorful… enough for take home!“

“If you go during the week it isn't bad and we often are one of the few families there. During the summer it is a little more crowded any day with school being out. Avoid the weekends if you can. Unless your idea of a fun weekend is being constantly annoyed. There are just too many people and not enough workers. Would have given 5 stars if the guy that works on weekday evenings had any semblance of a decent personality. He is the one almost always stamping hands when you go in. Acts agitated at any questions asked and just shouldn't be working in that industry. Still I recommend going, but only at 3 pm - 4 pm and leaving by 7pm or 8 at the latest on Mon, Tues, Wed or Thurs evenings. If you stick to that, you generally should have a good time and the kids can play whatever games they like.“

“I placed a same-day dinner catering order at the Avon location and was extremely pleased with how it turned out! I set our pick up time for 6:00PM, and when we arrived at 5:55PM the staff was just finishing up packaging it -we appreciated that it was ready at 6PM and wasn't sitting out getting cold. Portions were very generous and everyone commented that they enjoyed their food. We'll be back when we need another large family dinner!“

“I worked as a General Manager in the Pizza industry for over 10 years. I have to say that the pizza that I just got from Domino's is one of the best that I have had in a very, very long time. I got Alfredo sauce with steak and mushroom and extra cheese. The pizza was perfectly cooked. The best part about it all is that it was perfectly cut. Hardly any pizza place cuts their pizzas into all the same size pieces like they are supposed to. Thanks, guys!!“

“I love that this place is family owned the owner was so sweet and greeted me right when I walked in. I had to wait a little on our pickup order because they were short staffed, but it was so with the wait! We got wings pizza and pasta and it was sooo tasty. Highly recommend!“
