“Luke is such an amazing employee!!’ Was very happy with my order and my customer service!!!“

“I bought 8 tenders for our boat day tomorrow. we opened our $18.50 box and there were tiny, leathery tenders in it we don't even wanna eat and in what world is this $18.50 worth of food????“

“We ordered CFA for our son’s graduation party but when my husband went to pick it up, he drove off with the food—not realizing they were still bringing out another bag! A super nice woman from the store immediately called me to let me know and said she’d send a driver to personally deliver the forgotten tray of nuggets to our home in Brownsburg. He arrived quickly and was exceptionally polite. Customer service like that is what makes CFA stand out! Thank you so much and the kids at his party LOVED the food!!! ❤️❤️❤️“

“Had been craving fried chicken for a while so googled and found out about Shani’s Secret Chicken/Chapati…..so glad we tried it and I am surprised no one mentioned it before. Ordered both the chicken sandwiches…tandoori & spicy…leg & thigh, Masala Fries, Nihari with naan, Beef Bihari paratha wrap and both Desi & Kashmiri tea. Loved every item that we ordered. Definitely coming back again to try other items on the menu!!!! PS: they have Carrom Board and Ping-Pong 🙌 🙌“

“Service here is exceptional even by normal CFL standards! Food is always on point!“

“Our first time here and it was just okay. The menu is chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast and slaw and that's it. Service is just okay, it's a bunch of kids working who aren't doing much but socializing. Dining room was a hot mess and no clean tables. Us and other guests were cleaning our own tables so we could sit and eat. Out of ice, out of ketchup. Restrooms needed some attention. All the workers friends were coming in to all hang out. Food was good, but service and atmosphere needs work.“

“Excellent food and amazing staff!“

“Like all Chick-Fil-A’s, service is friendly and efficient. Note you can’t order ahead in the app for this location, and it’s before security. Tastes great as expected, though a bit more expensive than other locations. Seating is in the general food court.“
