I went through the Plainfield, Dairy Queen drive thru. The person at the window was rude, did not listen, did not give me what I ordered, and when I repeated it and pointed it out to them, the food they gave me made me sick. I would not go to the Plainfield, Dairy Queen to get any kind of ice cream or food from them, until it changes ownership.
Horrible experience at this location just now. Paid for three medium blizzards that were 1/2 full and when asked to correct one of them they remade the blizzard with hardly any toppings in it, but refused to give it to me if I didn't give the other back. I'm so tired of the Plainfield location charging full price for 1/2 filled blizzards with hardly any of the pieces in it. Stop taking advantage of your community. DQ is too expensive to get ripped off. This isn't a one time experience....read full review
The manager jumped out of his car and verbally attacked my mother as we were pick up my grandparents and my infant son in the car because we were parked in his spot. We were just pulling up to pick them up after they got an ice cream and told us to get off the
property now!! He stood by our car And kept repeating leave leave leave! I felt threatened and do not go there!
