New owners since December. It has only gotten better. Lowered prices. The pretzels are as great as always and the staff is amazing. We will definitely be back. AND if you're part of the text club you receive offers for free pretzels. :) You can't beat that.
I love Ben's Pretzels! I bought Plymouth's first pizza pocket try out the other day and other than needing a fork to eat it with, it was amazeballs! Loved it and can't wait for more! Yummm!!! ��

As far as I'm concerned Ben's Pretzels are the best around. It doesn't matter which location I go to the quality is the same, excellent. They're always hot and delicious. I've had to wait a couple minutes while they finished baking but worth the wait.
