At 5:20 pm today (6/25) we got 2 cheese burger meals to go. They were awful - cold burgers and the buns were hard around the outside.
This so be the last time we eat at the Plymouth McDonald's as the food is never warm.

Quite possibly the slowest McDonald's in the United States. 20 minutes for French fries and the new sprite very drink... Everyone in the restaurant was angry
Play place area could use a little TLC...we had to wipe down tables and seats.

McDonald's is a popular restaurant known for its play area for kids. The service and food specials were a pleasant surprise, with staff going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The drive-thru worker was very helpful and informative, and both the worker and manager were very pleasant. The food was fresh, and the service was great. The restaurant is also camper parking friendly, which is a treat for those pulling an RV. However, cleanliness was an issue during a recent visit, with several dirty tables and unclean bathrooms. Overall, the restaurant has potential for greatness, but cleanliness must be addressed to ensure a positive dining experience for all customers.
