“Great customer service The sweet girl gave me a free 2 L because they slightly messed up my order. That's great customer service to make up for your wrongs and I appreciate it. They could use more seating because they only had like four chairs. And my pizza cupcakes were overcooked and not done on the inside But they were decent luckily it was just cheese only. “Had wrote a review a few days ago regarding a coupon not being utilized for a 50% off. I just deleted the review on accident but wanted to update to anyone who had read that. A manager contacted me and apologized for the mistake that had been made. The young man that had taken the order was fairly new and has now been educated on how to process that particular type of coupon. Managment was extremely apologetic and quick to recover and make me feel much better about the situation. They offered a credit for the WHOLE pizza!!! We well absolutely order from Rosati‘s again as that is our favorite pizza and the closest to Chicago as we can get in pizza.“

“It’s always refreshing being able to walk into a business and have that immediate warm welcome followed by taking my order. The food here is amazing but the DEALSSSS!! They have great deals and I know it’s the same for other WingStop’s but this one just knows how to get it right from the food, to THE RANCH, to the cleanliness of the dining area and the restrooms. Amazing job guys!“

“Unfortunately I hadn’t been ordering from this Rosati’s, although it’s been in my backyard. I’d had it in the past but due to unhappiness with service, and seeing negative reviews I hadn’t ordered in years.
This past weekend I had a specific craving for Chicago style thin crust pizza. My spouse suggested we give it a try. Wow! It blew us both away by how good the pizza was. It was everything we wanted and more. The “fabulous four” (Italian sausage, mushroom, green pepper, and onion) was mouthwateringly delicious! The Italian sausage savory and the veggies were so fresh. It was even better the next day, reheated in our toaster oven. The other pizza was fantastic too. Along with the few appetizers we ordered. Their marinara sauce tastes so fresh and is the perfect balance of savory and just a hint of sweet.
I cannot believe we haven’t been ordering from here for so long but now that we’ve had it again and tasted the quality we will be loyal customers. It’s a littler more price wise than our local chains around here like Domino’s but I promise you, if you like Chicago style thin crust and quality ingredients it is so worth it. The best part is getting an authentic Chicago pizza without traveling to the city.“
