They have a solid crew there at 9 pm on 12/19/25 I didn't catch the managers name but they will have all my future business I will no longer spend time or money at the Hobart crossing store they are incredibly unprofessional and unorganized I sat n watched workers go out for numerous cigarettes breaks (4) to be exact that was the bald man with tattoos while who I assumed was the manager touch his uniform pants multiple times pulling up his pants and continues to make pizza with out practicing good hand hygiene it was so unorganized people we stealing drinks .they had at least 30 pizza stacked up and was passing out cold food I asked them to cancel my order I placed my order at 7pm I then choose a different restaurant to get dinner from after 2 hour wait ! “Had wrote a review a few days ago regarding a coupon not being utilized for a 50% off. I just deleted the review on accident but wanted to update to anyone who had read that. A manager contacted me and apologized for the mistake that had been made. The young man that had taken the order was fairly new and has now been educated on how to process that particular type of coupon. Managment was extremely apologetic and quick to recover and make me feel much better about the situation. They offered a credit for the WHOLE pizza!!! We well absolutely order from Rosati‘s again as that is our favorite pizza and the closest to Chicago as we can get in pizza.“

The antipasta was delicious with the raspberry vinegrette, it is also enough for me to eat again tomorrow. I also got one of their house brownies, which was unlike any brownie I've ever had before. Awesome presentation on the brownie too, it stayed in place on its way here.
Ice cold pop wrapped in foil. Refreshing and low priced.“

“So, let me start with the restaurant was clean and organized.No visits to the rest room.Food was good.Now service Waitress very snappy.Hayley,rushed us to order.I ask to change a condiment for my limited verbal son during my initial order right after I told her what i wanted and then my son.She said but you said blue cheese.I said thats okay.When it was time to pay she rushed us and then left with a audible sigh. The Manager came by and ask was I ready.I gave it to her.No intentions not to pay here to review.Then she the server came back and confronted me, because her Manager told her I felt rushed.She had an attitude and said rudely I have other tables I wasnt rushing you etc....Customer service horrible.I informed the Msnager but Mayley had an attitude on 3/1/24 @5:38pm.The attitude started with my initial order and me ordering water.I drink detox water no pop at home my choice.Just because people ask for water doesnt mean one cant afford a beverage and a tip.Please train your servers customer service and not to confront customers.Theres a difference betwreen confronting and apologizing.Hayley was unproffessional and lacked proper server performance Netcastnews review by Kia“

“It’s always refreshing being able to walk into a business and have that immediate warm welcome followed by taking my order. The food here is amazing but the DEALSSSS!! They have great deals and I know it’s the same for other WingStop’s but this one just knows how to get it right from the food, to THE RANCH, to the cleanliness of the dining area and the restrooms. “Unfortunately I hadn’t been ordering from this Rosati’s, although it’s been in my backyard. I’d had it in the past but due to unhappiness with service, and seeing negative reviews I hadn’t ordered in years.

This past weekend I had a specific craving for Chicago style thin crust pizza. My spouse suggested we give it a try. Wow! It blew us both away by how good the pizza was. It was everything we wanted and more. The “fabulous four” (Italian sausage, mushroom, green pepper, and onion) was mouthwateringly delicious! The Italian sausage savory and the veggies were so fresh. It was even better the next day, reheated in our toaster oven. The other pizza was fantastic too. Along with the few appetizers we ordered. Their marinara sauce tastes so fresh and is the perfect balance of savory and just a hint of sweet.

I cannot believe we haven’t been ordering from here for so long but now that we’ve had it again and tasted the quality we will be loyal customers. It’s a littler more price wise than our local chains around here like Domino’s but I promise you, if you like Chicago style thin crust and quality ingredients it is so worth it. The best part is getting an authentic Chicago pizza without traveling to the city.“

“This papa johns has very hard working staff who are under paid! I visited this location on Halloween to get a jack o lantern pizza for my kids and when I arrived it was a mad house inside everyone busting butt working fast making pizzas. The lobby was full the customers were getting rude the screens were beyond full Everytime the workers printed out a page of tickets another page was ready to go. The manger kept apologizing to the rude customers who couldn't clearly see and understand they staff was already working as hard and fast as they could with a full oven and full racks of pizzas to place in already. My wait time was only 35 minutes even with all this going on. So way to go papa johns of lake station. 5 starts for sure! Oh and the pizza looked and tasted great“
