Came here to work for the day, got a tea, and the water wasn't hot at all. Switched to coffee and it was fine enough. Environment is nice. I know that the food is good from past visits. But definitely don't recommend the coffee or tea from here.
Portage Panera - Ordered on the kiosk a sausage and egg sandwich and received an egg sandwich. When I brought it back, the manager told me they were out of sausage. I asked if I was charged for the sausage and she said she didn't know. She offered to make me a new sandwich with egg and bacon and I declined because of time.
