“A fun and lively little dive bar in Chesterton Indiana. A stop on our way to Chicago. The special bonus..... you can still smoke here while you drink!!! So awesome!!

“I reached out to the Social Goat to set up a surprise 40th birthday for my husband. The communication was great, the space was large and they worked with me within my budget. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and we even had a dedicated bartender for our event who was amazing. Shout out to Keri! The food was delicious too! I highly recommend the Social Goat for your future parties and events!“

“Have dined many times and had a great experience; tonight was truly outstanding. Pairing of Foie Gras with Venison Loin and mushroom sauce was lights out. It takes skill to make wild game delicious and this was spot on. Cocktails were also fantastic (as always). This is a hidden gem in town and in the Region.“

“Enjoyed the 1st floor better last year with the restaurant. Now, overpriced cold cuts and $4 for a couple spoonful's of potato salad. We had never been up to the 3rd floor in previous years since we have children but, now it is open to anyone. Fantastic view, nice selection of vacation style drinks, great tasting tacos and of course, the beach! Worth the 2 hour trip several times a summer. Will be returning for sure............but not on the 4th of July weekend!“

“We absolutely love their food. We usually get take out but the few times we have went in with our littles the staff was extremely friendly and caring. They always give all the kids a candy. It’s so nice to bring your little kids somewhere and not feel like a bother!“

“Our Mother's Day brunch reservations were accommodated, although service was somewhat delayed due to high volume. The food quality was exceptional, with the exception of the biscuits and gravy, which were not the best we have experienced. However, all other dishes were phenomenal. The owner's thoughtful gesture of providing complimentary chocolate-dipped strawberries and cookies for my daughter was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this establishment for brunch.“
