“The staff is the best part. The bartenders are attentive and Santiago makes very good food/comida! Beyond that, the prices are fair for both drinks and food The bar is reasonably clean and the clientele are a mixed bag of friendly people. Give it a try.“

“Tavern at the lake was a pleasant surprise.It doesn't look like much from the outside.But the inside is very nice.And the atmosphere was unexpected, especially being in hobart, indiana. The food was great. Although I did think it was a little pricey for 1 person my bill was $50.00 with an appetizer and a meal.
The atmosphere was lively.I had a great waitress.Nice mix of people... What more can you ask for?. I definitely would recommend this place to eat have a drink or just have an appetizer.“

“Made it back to cagneys for the first time in YEARSSS. I must say the vibe is VIBINGGG. Its not super packed, the music is fire, the crowd is tame, and the drinks are perfect! Such an improvement over the years! Will be back again very soon“
