Richard's restaurant in Portland has not been updated since the '80s! It's not the best, but it's all the town has as far as family food. It's kind of gross! You would think a Indiana restaurant could at least cook a tenderloin, but no it's hard as a rock.
Very nice home style restaurant. The chicken is amazing. Very nice wait staff. Since there aren’t many good restaurants left, expect a wait for good, wholesome food served by good people. This isn’t a chain restaurant that microwaves everything. If that’s your style then Richard’s isn’t for you.
Was told 8pc fish only was $15.99, not once but twice. called back ordered it plus Fry's for $2.50 picked up and order should have been around $20. but was charged $32.62 called them and manager was sorry that's the price. Well charge what you tell your customers and train your employees better.
