“Ordered a double beef ‘n cheddar with the sweet potato waffle fries and got curly fries and a double beef (no cheese) had to bring up both issues. I was able to get my sandwich corrected but did not receive the waffle fries. When the “manager” takes the order and gives food, should be correct. Clean place and nice place to eat.“

“We’re from out of town and don’t frequent DQ where we live. If this DQ was in our hometown we’d visit it often. Went there on 8/28/26 in the evening and dined inside. Very clean. Food and ice cream were delicious. The cashier who took our order at the counter was SUPER nice! Seriously felt like she loved her job and wanted to assist us (which is rare these days in fast food). Very impressed with the service, food, and cleanliness. Good job, DQ (and awesome cashier).“

“Went in for dine in and my total was 77.96 paid 60 cash then paid 17.96 on my card today I get email stated that they changed my total so called and there were 3 charges made and also to mention they left there self a tip without my knowledge!!! Pizza was disgusting also wings weren't cooked and pop tasted like soap myself and my family were throwing up and had diarrhea!! When i called store about the change in my total he said "doordash did it" we dined in so door dash couldnt have charged me then he continued with lie and accuses after lie and accuses! “My girlfriend and I come here ever once and a while, our favorite employee by far is the man named Adam, he’s very cheery and helpful. Today, 04/13/21, we visited for our usual subs we get, but sadly we could not get them, presumably only due to the two employees working. It was a girl with brown curly hair, and a boat load of make up, and who I presume to be her significant other, the boy who kinda evacuated to the back room when we entered the building. We could see from the outside they were very close and talking, but when we walked in and they separated and began to “resume working”. It seemed theyve been doing nothing at all because the only bread available was white and wheat. When asked what I wanted I said my preferred bread, and got an angsty answer of, “I just put some in the baker, your gonna have to wait.” She said this before putting any bread into a the machine to cook it, I’d assume at least. The girl who was serving us only got a worse attitude as our one, simple sandwich was made. She continued to roll her eyes and get very mouthy with us for no reason. When I paid, I said thank you, have a good day, and she kinda just looked at me and said okay see ya. We’re not ones to leave legitimate complaints or bad reviews, but after today I think there should be retraining courses for specific employees. Not to exclude she mumbled that’s all, after I left a 15% tip, it was little over a dollar. If I’m honest she’s lucky I even left one.“

“I know fast food becomes not so fast when you customize your order at the kiosk, but what a great way to make your meal a little more healthy! I got the carnival bowl and once my order was placed the food came out fast and hot. The staff was super pleasant!“
