“The workers did a great job, but I do not like the automated service. Human interaction is a very important aspect to customer service. By having somebody there to actually talk to makes the experience better. Also I'm worried about the cashier who once held this job that has now been removed. What's next, customers have to start making the food themselves. Obviously, I am being sarcastic when I say about the customer make their own food. But in all seriousness, it seems as though your company cares more about building profits and eliminating employees than it does about the overall satisfaction of your customers. While I was there I witnessed one customer walk out due to a fact that has automated service.“
“I hadn't been to a BK in YEARS but decided with the recent remodels it was time to check them out again. And I'm glad I did! The remodel is great! The guy working the counter/lobby was amazing and delivered our food to us at our tables and checked on us multiple times to ask how we were doing, pickup trash, etc.! I ended up giving him a cash tip and thanking him for his amazing service! The burger i had was AMAZING too!“
