“They went ABOVE and BEYOND for my family during a power outage. They called an hour after I placed my order and advised that unfortunately due to weather they could not deliver, and I knew that was a possibility when I ordered, I said no problem and I understand and she still apologized numerous times. TWO hours later a delivery driver from a whole different store pulled into my drive way and said they transferred my order for me. We are without power and because of dominos my family can eat a hot meal. I appreciate you and the west side store so much for doing way more than you needed to.“

“What a great meal with great service! We ordered toasted ravioli, fettuccine afredo, and a grand sampler as a take out order. The food was delicious, hot, and ready a few minutes earlier than promised. Mike even called to let us know it was ready. Whatever issues they may have had in the past have obviously been solved. We recommend having a meal here and already look forward to our next one!“

“I was at the Redfront in Richmond, IN on 10/17/24. The owner/manager, Mike Vanwinkle made me a pizza that has yet to be put on the menu but will be in the near future. I’m not sure what he will name this pizza on his menu but I will describe it. It is a barbecue brisket pizza with red onion, banana peppers and a secret drizzle that I believe has some horseradish sauce mixed in. I thought it was one of the best barbecue pizzas I’ve ever had. I’ve always liked barbecue pizza but this one stood out. It has a little bite to it but wasn’t overwhelming. I would recommend this pizza along with the place of business to everyone. The Redfront Pizza and Grill has some of the best food and the friendliest workers around. You need to go there and experience it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. From a very satisfied customer!!!“

“Have to get half my pizza with no onions because of an allergy in my house. Even had a long talk with a super sweet girl last time who said she added it to my order. Got my order tonight with onions all thru it, not a huge deal, just stopped eating and called the manager. Well he said that HE made the pizza and he knows it’s made correctly because he did it himself. Sir, I legit am looking at the things…..whatever you think u did, was just a facade….cause you’re delusional. Super rude and condescending. Tried to be nice at the end and offer to remake the pizza, like not now that you’ve been a jerk, I don’t wanna eat body fluids…..needless to say, won’t be eating here again. Sad day…….UPDATE scott from corporate called me and made everything better. For the most part. Still a crappy supper, but it’s nice to be called and validated in what you said when he had already verified through recorded lines that what i said was the truth. Thanks scott.“

Parking: parking lot is very spacious and if it were to fill up, there are still plenty of great parking spots on the street
