“Riley! One of the most up beat people I have ever met. She was alone today and has a boot on her foot and was still chatty and getting everyone seated and coffee and orders. “The last time my and my friends went out we we decided to end the night with some food from Market Street and Ohhh were the mozzarella sticks sooo good and we also had cheese fries that were made just right with the most perfect amount of cheese sauce, great taste. The women working were wonderful and got our food and drinks in a timely fashion!“

“First and foremost let's talk about the hostess Ariel. She upselled us so many products just by her enthusiasm and love for the restaurant. Also there was a cook in the back handsome young man blonde hair glasses Justice awesome new everything I asked about the menu and even gave us future menu ideas. We live south so we go to the shigs on that side of town and it was our first time stopping here on lunch break and I promise we will be back as long as those two are working and the atmosphere is as great as it was today you've made a regular out of us. “We ordered through the app for a door dash delivery. It was picked up, never delivered. Door dash wouldn't help but the store manager made a 2nd order and brought it to us on his way home. We know he added a few stars in his crown today, even brought us a few dessert! Much appreciated from out of town guests at hospital with a sick child. Thank you!“

“First time today, although I've driven by dozens of time. The breaded tenderloin sandwich was exceptional. Thick, juicy, and larger than the bun. I was a bit surprised at a $1.50 upcharge for everything on the sandwich. Substituting French fries for the chips was a big mistake, today. They certainly were not fresh...cold and crunchy. (They may have been fresh yesterday.) The waitress was pleasant, but after serving the food never once stopped to ask if everything was O.K. or if I needed anything else. What could have been a really good experience was a litttle disappointing.“

“What started out as a questionable experience was rectified by the manager. I unforunately did not get his name, but he has curly hair and an earring. Of course we came in during the Thankgiving rush and (to be fair I would not want to be working either) our waitress ignored us multiple times and was not friendly. The key is turning a negative experience into a positive one. What the staff did not know was my family and I were dealing with some pretty heavy and unfortunate news regarding two loved ones. The kindess the manager showed honestly brought me to tears, he brought my two year old a coloring book and after 15 hours of travel it was incredibly refershing and SO helpful! Thank you to that manager! Your kindess went SO far, thank you so much! <3“
