“It's a nice, small town café with both indoor and outdoor (covered) seating. The service was great and very friendly. The sandwiches are fine but only average/3 star, but I really liked their quiche. They also did a good job on my latte, enough so that my wife asked for one also. “This place has the best sugar cream pie I've ever had in my life! Granted, I had never tried any others first. I've tried 2 other sugar cream pies from other places and I wanted to puke. I can go to nicks and get my pie..... that I hide so I can have it all to myself . They have great breakfast and I love the coffee. It's something about the small town diner coffee that makes it better than anywhere else.“
“We had a great time while in town and enjoyed our meal here! Friend pickles were out of this world and might have been our favorite ever. Housemade ranch made an impact too. “Great place worth the price can handle lots of guests too if you have a breakfast group or something similar. I’d call ahead though they had a call for 35 college students today and more than that came and they are handing everything in a timely manner with great service. “Today was our first experience dining at the Huntington Diner. We ordered take out. The service was friendly, upbeat, and professional. The diner was packed. ? The food portions were generous and home cooked. ? I'm impressed that the mashed potatoes are made from real potatoes; could cream them a bit more but overall delicious. “I've been here twice and it's been great both visits. Hubby and I try to eat very low carb and I really like the grilled chicken breast with double green beans. The liver and onions comes highly recommended from the husband. The kids chicken tender meal is huge, two big pieces of chicken and a very generous serving of French fries. They like having it at home reheated in the air fryer. But the real star is the cheeseburger pizza. My 17 year old son said it's the best thing he's ever eaten.“
“Had Shigs in Pit a few times now. Usually take out. I love bbq type food, especially ribs!!! And their ribs I find to be just amazing!! I love how they come off the bone so easily, soft and tender, not all chewy like. Flavor is amazing as well. Also love the fries, Mac and cheese and the shredded chicken and pork. No sauce necessary for me, lol. We also use the bbq rub and bbq sauce A LOT at home while cooking. Needless to say....we ❤️ it!!!“
“Waitress was on top of service, and food came out of the kitchen fast and hot. All was good until we went to pay our bill, and there was no one manning either cash register. Two other people were waiting to pay and we waited 5 minutes. A Hostess walked right past us and seated more people and never asked if we had been helped! Definitely a Staffing issue going on here.“
