Absolutely terrible service..we ordered through Uber eats...food taking way too long to arrive, over an hour in..ring them ...oh the delivery guy should be there any second...another hour goes by...oh it should be going to you soon...has it left the restaurant yet...no... absolute crap..lied the whole way it's now 8pm with a hungry family..do not recommend
We have been a customer for a long time. We ordered shrimp egg foo young and an order of sweet and sour chicken both were under cooked and tasted horrible. I called to let someone know how displeased we were and the rude man who answered the phone didn’t want to listen no sorry and no offer to replace or credit our order just said he tell the cooks and hung up on me.
Needless to say we will not be doing business with Golden Phoenix any more. Terrible food and customer service.

Golden Phoenix Chinese Restaurant serves fast, hot, and delicious food. The staff is quick and friendly. Customers love dishes like Kung Pao chicken, egg rolls, Cantonese noodles, orange chicken, and chicken noodle soup for being fresh and tasty. The Wonton soup and noodles are perfect. They also offer awesome crab ragoons and the best pork egg foo young. This place is highly recommended, especially for favorites like Moo Shu, Three Happiness, Walnut Shrimp, and Mongolian Beef. The restaurant is super small.
