Lou Malnati's pizza is a true Chicago classic. The deep-dish crust is perfectly flaky, the cheese is gooey and abundant, and the tomato sauce has a delightful tang. The toppings are fresh, and each bite is a satisfying combination of flavors. The friendly atmosphere in their restaurants complements the deliciousness of their pizza, making it a must-try for any pizza enthusiast.
Place was good first 6-12months or so after opening. Since then, especially recently, prices have gone up, quality has gone down. Salads I’ve ordered last few times didn’t have fresh lettuce. U Bake Pizzas have ended up a soggy mess when cooking. Contacted management a month ago about issues and never heard back. A sign they don’t care unfortunately.

You can't visit the Chicagoland area and not order deep dish pizza. We ordered carry-out through their website about 2 hours ahead of time. The order was not ready on time, but it was only an extra 3-4 minute wait. We ended up getting a small Malnati Chicago Classic pizza with spinach added and no buttercrust.
