“Rosati’s is our favorite pizza in the area. The food is always delicious, and we have tried a lot from their menu. I have never had an issue with any of my orders. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas, an appetizer and an extra side of ranch. My order was missing the ranch, which was not a big deal to me at all. About 30 minutes after I got home, I received a call from Amy apologizing for not including the ranch. All the workers there are so nice, but that took their customer service over the top! “My husband and I just found out about this place. We love it! As with a buffet, there are some things you like, and some things you don't. You just do the best you can. As far as the food being cold, that can happen at any buffet. I know to go to the bottom where all the heat is. I always see them checking the food, stirring it, and replenishing it. There is always someone there checking to see if you need anything and taking your finished plates. They have been very nice to us. As far as the paper plates and plastic ware, that's a Covid precaution. There's a Buffet that I go to in Merriville that does the same thing. I don't mind! We usually go to China Buffet for lunch. I'm just going to make sure that I don't go to close to closing time. Oh yeah! They have the most delicious soft drinks ever.“
