there was NO MANAGER. so when everything went crazy , they couldn't fix it. we all were told tonight that we had to wait until tomorrow for refunds because they didn't know how to do it. I'm just in shock . I was so understanding of the situation until that . just aweful business practices by far.
Friday night at around 6 o’clock I tried to order a pizza three times on the app didn’t work. Tried to order a pizza two times online didn’t work. Called the store and the phone rang at least ten times with no answer so I just gave up. A lot of good a promo does if you can’t use it. 🤬
This is by far the worst Little Caesar. Not only have they not updated their hours online but they close at 7PM. In addition, I walked in at 615PM and they said they can’t take over the counter orders and to order online. I tried doing that and it said they were closed and wouldn’t let me order. I tried the delivery option and yet again a disappointment. I called the store and after 10 minutes of ringing someone answered and said we can’t place orders over the phone. What...read full review
