The fried chicken was overpriced small and ok at best. The fried lake perch was pretty good. Probably one of the best I've had in the area. It was $35 though. I added a picture with a few pieces left. They were supposed to give a butter dip sauce but it wasn't included for some reason. The pork chops were not good at all. They tasted like they were cooked in a pressure cooker and looked like they were boiled. No kidding.
Great family place with local history. We get the perch every time. It's the best in all of northwest Indiana!

Teibels is known for their food and service. Holiday time, the decorations are beautiful! I had forgotten about the reduced menu at this time of year. Little disappointed in my chicken dinner. Usually it's a great meal. Will definitely go back. Service was very good.
