White Castle is a fast food restaurant. Some customers have been loyal fans for years, but have recently been disappointed by changes to the menu and automated ordering process. On the other hand, some locations have friendly and professional staff, serving hot and fresh food. Orders are occasionally fulfilled correctly, with attention to special requests. Fish bites are a popular item. The fries were old and cold sometimes, and the burgers had pickles on them when people asked not to put them on. However, some visits can be marred by long wait times and a lack of apologies. This location is always very fresh. Service is good, but the automated drive up ordering thing doesn't always get the order correct. It’s nice to know that this is a great place to go all around.
