“Since we were travelling, I had to come up quick with something for my wife's birthday. This place came to the rescue. I like the idea that one can walk into a place and get a cake without ordering days ahead. The cake was very good ! I will be back for more when in the area.”

“This is by far the best breakfast restaurant I've ever visited. The atmosphere and service are excellent, and the food is truly exceptional. My husband got the Haystack, I got the sausage and egg platter, and we both were full and very happy with the quality and flavor of the food. The price was very reasonable as well. Iced coffee was delicious, and so were the cinnamon rolls! We hope to come back. Thank you, Cascade staff!”

“My husband and I have been a few times now. Everything has been great - chicken, baked potatoes, sandwiches, fries. It is a small place and can get crowded, but it's a small-town bar/restaurant I'd recommend. Clean with a warm atmosphere. Great service.”

“Stopped in here on a business trip. Food was pretty good. Got a steak burger. The burger tasted flame grilled but was a little too blackened on the outside for my taste. But was still decent. Sides were good, I got the buffalo fries. Service was really good. Not a big place, kinda older looking inside and out. Wasn't very busy for a Friday night. I would go back and try something else just to see maybe how the steaks are and such.”

“My friend and I were in Indiana for Holiday World and decided to wait to eat til after we left, we looked up restaurants and found Oasis. We were so pleased to find this little place, she made our food on the spot and it was delicious! Chicken noodle and grilled cheese for me, and burger and salad my friend had! Delicious! “I highly recommend checking this place out if you are ever in Ferdinand, IN. The atmosphere is perfect. We stop in every time we are in town for the Gun & Knife show. We have had many of the menu options, and my husband has had a lot of the craft beers - everything has been awesome.”

“First, I don't get caught red-handed. Cash and checks only no credit/debit cards. Ice cold beer in a rustic cabin like setting. Lots of taxidermied game on the wall and even a few select turtle shells. We had the catfish and it was outstanding. Dinner salads are top notch. Homemade bread and butter on the table while you wait. Wait staff and bartenders extremely friendly. Will be back.”

“We were there on a Saturday evening and the special was BBQ chicken. Was pretty good BBQ chicken for chicken fixed in an oven. It took way too long to get your meal, unless you were a regular. They got great service. We were from out of the area so we waited for about 40 minutes to get our food. While others around us got their food much quicker. As they seemed to be regulars.Saturday night special was way over priced 2 pieces of chicken and french fries was around $16.00.This is a small local bar and everyone was friendly, except for the bartender.”

“Stopped for a quick bite on the way to holiday world and was blown away. I got the chicken enchilada soup that was cheesy and perfectly seasoned. It's in a historic house with cute antiques and country decor. There is a patio with a gorgeous garden and pergula. The service was very fast and friendly.”

“It's a little expensive, and for my taste the foods not fantastic. The atmosphere is fun unless you're a local. Then it's not worth the cost.Parking: It's a big, empty lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are accommodated here. It's one big flat lot, gravel, and the access into the building is easy.”

“I ordered chicken broccoli but got shrimp broccoli. I ate it anyway, it was good. One suggestion though. The plastic utensils are very cheap and they could use sturdier utensils. I bring my own now.”

“The food was excellent. Service was outstandingly prompt and efficient. The atmosphere was crowded. The entrance was not large enough for the amount of traffic going through. Everyone was polite and made it work, tho. I think it was just the busy time of the day that caused a bottleneck. And then of course the bathroom was an issue, there was a line and it wasn't moving quickly. They had opened some others in the back, but I didn't hang around to find out. “This is in a tiny town we were driving through and we just felt like having pizza. I checked the reviews and this place won. We were quite pleased with our pizza and the price was right. It's a simple no frills place that did it right! I didn't love the square cuts but it was tasty so that was what counts.”

“I had a big order and was talked to like it was a huge hassle. They complained for a few minutes about another large order they had received earlier in the day while in the middle of me ordering. I was extremely dissatisfied and would never go back. Sad because I'm sure this is a busy McDonald's because it's really close to a popular thrill park.”

“It was Taco Bell. I indulged in a crunchy beef burrito and the new shredded beef dipping tacos with red sauce. Everything tasted fine, and I shortly after visited their bathroom to dispose of my own red sauce. The bathroom was in excellent shape before I went in.”
