They don't provide seasoning at the counter or at the table. I asked for some and was told I had to purchase it. Self serve.One sink in the men's room wasn't working no paper towels and no toilet tissue.And they have a place to leave a tip! For what? This business model they have adopted since C19 is going to be their downfall. Unless they follow Rally's drive thru only. Food was good. That is the only redeeming factor.
Unfriendly, too automated! Not happy with burgers. Where's the beef? Always liked the pickles, not since changed. Overall, really let down with experience! No more S&S for us. Not just this store, either! We were traveling thru the area and had hoped we would have a better experience than we have had at our local stores. Sadly, didn't happen. Goodbye S&S!
