today was my first time at Dunk in.
love it...i will definitely go again.
Last time I mobile ordered Dunkin' they charged me for my muffin, didn't bother to tell me it was out until I came back in wondering why I received no muffin, and gave me coffee instead of a green tea latte.
Today, I specifically didn't use my mobile app so they had nothing to mess up. Their machines are down for hot drinks (okay whatever no biggie, stuff happens) I get to work and they shorted me my freaking wrap!
