SUPER pleasant lady waiting on me at the drive thru for Arby's on LWW by the airport. I can't remember the last time I was waited on by someone who made you feel like they actually WANTED to be there! Made me rethink of the way I should sound on the phone with my own customers.
I'm a little surprised that the only reviews for this Arby's location aren't very good, but it just goes to show that people only voice negative opinions. I on the other hand would like to say that I have always been pleasantly surprised with the service and the food here. I do stop here often since it's on my way to NWI and the other day I stopped at the drive thru TWO MINUTES after they opened.
