The customer service in the drive-thru was horrible. The person working the first window was rude and obviously untrained at their job. We had pre-ordered our meal through the McDonald's app, like we've done a hundred times over at other locations and prepaid. The worker kept mumbling the total to us and I explained to them, as well as showed them my phone where it showed payment completed, that they were misreading the receipt and that I had already paid. Mobile app charged me for my Big Mac after I had notification from McDonalds that my points would expire. I received a e-mail that the meal was free based on my points. This has happened to me twice. Each time I had to come back the next day. To get refund.

I went on this day to buy some pancakes for my elderly mother, who had been having trouble keeping food down . Even though breakfast service had been over for half an hour, the manager on duty let me get a stack of hotcakes without even a hint of an objection. First thing Mom hadn't barfed up in days.
