“Too fast. The girl outside in the drive through lane was trying to take out order before we even got to the menu board to see what was offered. She was also talking too fast and it was hard to understand her at times. Food great as per usual.“
“The manager that was on duty on April 11th 2024 at the kfc on western was soooo nice. I haven’t ran into no manager that has good customer service skills. She was so respectful and nice. I appreciate her professionalism. Also food was sooo good I haven’t had KFC since last year but I definitely will be a regular customer.“
“I don't know but Everytime I go to Chick-fil-AI have very little idea what's going on crazy parking lot with winding order lines then you make it up to the menu area and some worker rushes up with a tablet in hand and looks at ya.So much pressure. But the chicken sandwich is good.“
“We stopped in on a Friday night. There were only 2 people working and they were working their tails off to get orders out s quickly as possible. They let us know up front it would be a bit of a wait. You could tell they weren't used to being the only 2 there, but they were making it work! They were both super nice and the food was great.“
“Got the 12 piece chicken nugget meal. Asked for sauce and when got food at window outside I didn't get sauce I wanted so went inside and there were two people inside and no one watching the counter. The lady did give me the correct sauce and I gave back the wrong ones. No one was inside eating abd looked nice. They could be nicer and pay more attention what the customer says.“
“Very good atmosphere and service for the sheer amount of people they get in and out of here. The chicken wasn't quite what I expected though; it tasted kind of plain to me. Never had Raising Cane's, maybe that's the way it's supposed to be? Either way, a good experience.“
“This one was so close to tying portage rd in south bend for first place it’s just not as friendly as used to be the newer shift leads especially at night don’t take concerns( which are rare) or compliments seriously also this is the only location where for some odd reason if you get a southwest veggie wrap instead of quietly saying it to the grill cooks or finding someway to put it on the screen they yell it out and it echoes to the restaurant I am mostly okay With it since I am a vegetarian but others who might be trying to eat healthier for the first time might not like it being shouted out but like I said this one is mostly friendly I am just glad they still kept the kids playground keeps them there and busy so adults can enjoy there meal in peace“
“Service couldn't be more caring and pleasant. The food is glorious. I have eaten at 2 different South Bend locations and both were amazing. I dream of your food!!!!You could teach Dairy Queen in Niles, Michigan something about service and food prep!!!! Just sayin“
“Yummy nuggets, spicy deluxe sandwich, fries, relatively short wait times given their amount of orders during rush hours, and the Southwest salad (preferably with nuggets) that not a lot of people get is actually filling & healthy & tasty! A true hidden gem. I won’t really recommend the milkshake tho too creamy and sweet. Also the pickup process could be a bit more organized.“
“This place is delicious. I got the 1 tender / 1 slider. Mild flavor. The flavor on the chicken is delicious. It's not too hot & it's packed with flavor. If you want heat I'd order at least medium. The slider is delicious between the chicken, bread, pickles, etc. You can even add honey if you want to enhance the flavor even more. The fries are so well seasoned and also super tasty. My 2 year old loved them and practically ate all of my fries. The service was great too. There was only one guy working, and they were slammed, BUT he kept composure and helped everyone nicely. It's definitely a popular place on the weekend during lunchtime, so be prepared to have to wait a little if you're going. The shakes are also yummy. But they're like any other place getting one. They pair great with the meal though.“
