The establishment was very bare, but on the far side of the wall there was a beautiful painting of women hand-making some pupusa's. Homemade pupusas on demand. you will see and hear them being made. Slap, slap, slap! Because they are made right before they are served to you, they will be muy caliente! Let them cool off a little then enjoy the softness of the outside and ooey-gooey inside. We had the bean and cheese and the pork and cheese. Be ready to wait, but know the wait is well worth it! Call in advance and pick-up. Unique and ever so delicious. The owner definitely puts her love and soul into her work and you can taste the difference.
