The Hacienda on Miami Street in South bend Indiana is definitely the best Hacienda around.... This location is staffed with the most respectful, friendly, and engaging people who truly love their jobs. I smile the second I enter that building because I am always greeted right away...and I'm smile when I leave because the experience I always have is positive. Wether we are eating in the bar, or picking up from the carryout it's always a outstanding customer service experience....
Great Service, server was very prompt on making sure we were taken care of even though it was close to closing time. I just wish I could remember her name so management can know. Never been to this location before but would return.
We seated ourselves in the outside dinning area just off the bar. There were 3 tables in use, leaving several available. Every table we tried to sit at needed cleaned! It was a humid day, so I'll let that account for some of the stickiness on the tables, but humidity wasn't responsible for the bits of food and crums that were also on every table!
