Unfortunately, only Jimmy John’s in my neighborhood has gone away downhill, always serving day old bread
We've ordered regularly from here for both delivery and dine in for years. Never any issues, and the employees are always very polite and good at their jobs. Always looks extremely clean, and when I've waited inside for my pickup orders, I always see employees busy cleaning if they're not making something.
