We were visiting from out of state and our Airbnb had one of Hanson’s water coolers. We had a problem with it, so notified our host. Within minutes, he had contacted Hanson’s, & they immediately offered to bring a new one. They considerately coordinated with us to make sure it was convenient for us & didn’t disrupt our visit. Customer service was outstanding!
