“This is the first location I've been able to locate that still offers Hot-N-Ready CHEESE pizza. Before this, I had been having a hard time getting it on the spot. I know it takes them just minutes to make them. But that defeats the Brand slogan.“
“The manager at this location was over the top with customer service. I ordered from the wrong location, I was meeting someone halfway from Michigan and thought I was at the right spot when I went in to pick it up. Not only did he not make me feel foolish but he asked what my order was and quickly gave me the exact thing without having to pay again or to make me drive the extra 15 minutes. High five Little Caesars on Western Ave!“
“I don't know if it's just Little Caesars in general or just this store. I have seen a significant uptick in quality at this location in particular over the past year or so. From the toppings, cheese, sauce, crust and any extras, I've seen the quality skyrocket. I haven't had a bad experience at this location for a year. Every time I go in, the staff is helpful, even when it's just a trainee working, and they all show great customer service skills. And the ratio on the toppings is near perfect every time. The crust is never burnt or raw. Keep doing whatever you guys are doing!“
“I like the service it has improved because of different managers. I am unimpressed with the people that take orders. One got it wrong. But the manager was so good he made sure the refund went back on my granddaughters credit card. I went in after the person got it wrong to make sure the order was corrected. The manager was polite and very professional! Unlike the server who had a attitude. Probably her age or doesn't like being wrong maybe corrected.Parking: Okay parking next door to a Boost mobile.“
