“Shoutout to the new manager Randy and the employees at this location! Above and beyond is an understatement because I was in the store for no more than 2 mins when 3 employees (including Randy himself) approached me asking if I’ve already been helped. The urgency was overwhelming in the most positive way; and to top it off the food tasted GREAT! 100/10 location here people!“
“Despite the store being insanely busy, the employees were very polite and were trying to get everyone’s orders out and correct. I didn’t hear anyone getting yelled at by a customer. I felt bad because they were so behind and they appeared disorganized. My order was hot and there wasn’t an issue.“
“I would really like to commend Marvin for being an attentive hardworking employee! I came in today and wasn’t greeted by anyone, stood at the register for at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff. Marvin was completing a task and took it upon himself to stop what he was doing, properly greet me then helped me be in and out all within 2 minutes! The process was so great I thanked him and told him i’ll be leaving a review. Thank you again Marvin! Keep up the great work!“
“I had bad experience with the other Kalamazoo location on Centre ave so I came back to this one. They have never failed me once and I will always come here. Crazy bread was a solid 9/10 (could use more Parmesan but still amazing), and the pizza actually blew my mind to the point I had to make this review. They got my order perfect and the pizza is 10/10!!!“
