Little Caesars in Muskegon

“I ordered for a church group that needed pizza this week at the Laketon store. The staff member that took my large order over the phone was professional and kind. When I picked up my order, (which was ready at the reserved time and there was no extra waiting!) I actually had to change the quantity of my order because of a change in the number of guests I was serving. At every turn, the staff was helpful and gave me the best value possible. Great experience and will absolutely do it again at this location!“

As far as being little Caesars this is a great location and good pizza!
I come here quite often now becauae of all the good deals!
Customer service is always friendly!
My only complaint is how long it takes to get the pizza sometimes, but that could be because of short staffing issues.
Pizza is always hot and tastes delicious!
Just order ahead and you will have no problem!“

“A snapshot of my experience there today for lunch- the young man at the window we was clearly newer (needed help to ring in my order) was the absolute most polite and helpful service employee I may have ever encountered. He apologized for needing help (unnecessary) and he even brought my food out to me since they didn’t have two of the lunch specials I had ordered. He is a stellar customer service worker and I was having a bad day and needed that kindness today“
