Little Caesars in Grand Rapids

“We ordered a bacon crust pizza with pepperoni and pineapple. The first one was a little undercooked. When we contacted the store, they were super gracious and made a new one and the second pizza was absolutely perfect. They were busy catching up because they got slammed from the Michigan Michigan State game. I really appreciate how hard they were working And that they made the order great. Great customer service.“

“The pizza has been consistently good for me at all Little Caesars locations. The service at the cascade location is excellent! I successfully made a mistake ordering what I needed at the man behind the counter was quick, sincere and very professional!

“Little Caesars is simply amazing. The pizza is always cheap, fresh, and tastes awesome. I've never dealt with a rude worker here either. During dinner rush though the pizza can take quite a long time to be made, so I would always recommend doing an online or mobile order. Little Caesars has never let me down.“

“Good pizza for what it is.

- Classic Pepperoni Pizza: About your standard Little Caesars pizza. There was a bit too much sauce, but that is typical. I worked at a pizza restaurant and when things get crazy, you just dip the ladle and not level it out completely. The coverage on most everything was good, but the one pictured had a bare spot without pepperoni toward the back. The other two were mainly fine, so just a fluke?

- Service: The order pick up machine was not working and labeled that it was not working. I had to ask for my pizzas at the front counter (I ordered through the app).

I am not sure if the one helping me was new. It seemed like it. He circled the store three times looking for something (my third pizza?) while holding two of my three pizzas. High turnover rate is common in fast food, so I am going to overlook this. I got my pizzas fine after all. HA HA!

- Atmosphere: Small little building dedicated to Little Caesars. Some locations are a part of a strip mall or something, but this was a nice change. They have a drive thru, which I did not use. This could be useful?

- Conclusion: I like this location and wish it wasn’t as far away from me, but I am glad I went out of my way to change things up.

Visited Wednesday at 6pm.

Parking: Dedicated parking lot with a fair amount of parking since there is no option to dine in. Most people are just stopping for a few minutes.“

“I stopped to grab some hot n ready for pre superbowl. The gentleman was kind, efficient, and made me laugh. Making people laugh is important because you don't know their day or circumstances. Thank you sir at Little Ceasars on Eastern in Grand Rapids.“

“I appreciate all the hard work. You had two guys specifically there right now who made my entire day. With the Karen’s and kids getting upset, cause they don’t have their pizza in five minutes. These two guys didn’t even give them the time of day, Kept on going and smiled right through it. I wish I got their names.“

“I ordered for a delivery through another app and ran into some complications with a missing order. When the 3rd delivery person was heading to the location I had called the location to get confirmation on my order. Both the employee and the manager were super polite and helpful. The manager explained to me how delivery works when it comes to doordash and uber eats and how they use a pizza portal for those pickups. My order was completed and placed in the portal for pick up from a driver who receives a code through the app I use. And the manager checked to see if my order was still there and it was not, meaning someone had taken it. Sometimes people take food that isn’t theirs and that is not the workers fault and should never be berated for it. I was able to get a full refund from the app I used and re submit my ticket. I appreciate them for taking the time to help me and confirm things with me even though I know they are probably busy with it being a weekend and big events going on. Give food service workers some grace, they are only human and can only do so much when things don’t go a certain way (especially if we are using third party apps such as doordash and uber eats).“
