Absolutely TERRIBLE. Ordered delivery today and one of my orders for wings were missing. I tried to call to get the missing wings and the lady who first answered hung up on me immediately and the second time, she answered, told me “hold please” so I did. About 6 minutes later she answers again and I tell her about the missing item. She says “hold please” so I hold again. 25 minutes later and STILL nothing. She simply never picked up. I had the worst experience from Pizza Hut. Place to order online at 4:38pm. was supposed to be delivered at 5:10pm. it came at 7:09 p.m. I tried calling the store before it got delivered about six times nobody answered the phone. Food was very cold and hard. It wasn't even in the heated food carrier.
I called customer service to file complaint. Hope to get my money back I even gave them tip to online. Before I received my food. And I paid for delivery service too.
