Rico Suave Food Trucks offers excellent food with friendly service and great energy. The tacos are amazing, with chicken and steak both rated 10/10 and super tasty. The chicken taco is often better than the steak, though the steak is also delicious. The takis corn in a cup is phenomenal, and the guacamole is amazing. The Verde sauce is incredible—flavorful instead of spicy, even a 5-year-old enjoyed it. The blueberry tamales are amazing, described as 3 huge sweet tamales for $10, the best food buy at the Blueberry Festival. A steak quesadilla and chicken tamale are also recommended. The horchata is so good that a small size leads to a walk of shame back for a large. The service is by far the best, with a smile and friendly chat. Prices are not bad. This is a new go-to spot in South Bend.
