I got put out for asking for a simple substitute in willing to pay for. Service is going down hill fast. Unbelievable!
They say they close at 10 online and on the door 9:30 but I got here at 8:40 and everything was off and door locked ether update the time or get employee to close at the right time
My order is always wrong when I order it to go like these people are stupid

Despite these problems, the sandwiches still taste good, and the store offers coupons. However, the overall experience can be disappointing due to slow service and concerns about safety.
