Two employees working, both running drive-thru in the front of the restaurant. Not very good customer service at the store needs more employees. The food could have been way better order crunch wrap supreme and it was hard. Unfortunately I do not recommend going to the store if there is only two employees.
I didn't get the name of the big man in the drive-thru tonight, he had tattoos and a deep voice. I've never received better service at a tacobell in over a decade. Give that man a raise. Thank you for the exceptional service, guy that could kill me with one punch. You were outstanding.
Like many chain restaurants, Taco Bell's food is terrible these days. It is low quality and tastes like cardboard. Flavorless. I miss the old crunchy tacos.
