tonights experience was not pleasant. our bartender was great- but being accused of not paying a bill when the card was not ran, was absurd considering the rest of the party paid at the same time and their card was ran accordingly. For being a “GM” she needs to learn better customer service.

The Exchange Bar is a place many have fallen in love with, offering amazing service and an absolutely stunning, intimate atmosphere inside an old bank. The drinks are top notch, with Collin and Mina making some of the best drinks in town, while Brittany makes a pretty great drink as well. The Starlight Special cocktail is very flavorful with a nice presentation. The bar manager is very personable, creative, and beyond knowledgeable, and Jeff has done a fabulous job listening to customers. The General Manager and staff are fantastic, going above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The atmosphere is always enjoyable, making it a place to be a regular or for special occasions. However, it is not a cigar lounge, despite appearing in a search. Free street parking and nearby parking garages are available.
