Stooooop it! I was scouting the internet for some high quality “clean” chocolate and bought this one by chance, never in a million years did I think I would get this delicious, out of this world chocolate and it arrived with a hand written note from the founder. Can you believe it? Buy the maple vanilla one! It’s insane.

Not your standard chocolate bar. Even the bar coming from your favorite chocolate here from Europe. This falls in line how would you describe your favorite wines or flavor profiles of cheese or even the best single origin coffee. This is a whole different experience. He keeps the flavors so OnPoint and not too sweet that you can literally taste the nuances between each chocolate that he makes. Violet Sky Chocolate offers great drinks in a nice upfront area where you can watch the artists at work. Their baked goods are tremendous, especially the cake by Adare, which is moist and flavorful with a delicious frosting. The espresso is high quality and roasted in-house, with super friendly and skilled baristas. They also have in-house made chocolate available for purchase, making it a must-visit spot in South Bend.
