“I am a pretty adventurous eater. I have tried a number of things here and NOTHING has been bad! We have never had an order come out wrong, we have never had bad service and I love the “neighborhood” feel. We come in about once a month and there are plenty of regulars to visit with! I also have to mention I am a serious coffee snob. While it’s not the beans I get from Chicago, it’s a dang good cuppa! It’s very a nostalgic, full bodied, smooth flavor and always the perfect temp! Well done!”

“Stopped for breakfast this morning with our kids/grandkids. Stood by the door for 10 minutes waiting for 1 of the 4 waitresses to seat us. Several empty tables but not once did anyone try to communicate or even say "hello"? Finally asked one of them if we should seat ourselves and she acted rude and didn't really answer what we were suppose to do? We left.... Thank God Kendallville and Lagrange are close by with restaurants that know how to treat customers.”

“Excellent coffee and great service. I drive all the way from Auburn just to get coffee once to twice a week from you guys. I've never had an issue and my coffees have always tasted the same Everytime I go even if it's a different barista. Way better then Starbucks!!”

“I have only eaten there once. I had liver and onions, which is one of my favorites..I don't drive, so I have to find someone to take me. If they do have delivery, I am going to try that. We used to eat at Richards with our best friends, and so far I love Blue Sky.”

“It is great to see you guys still in business after seeing you open as Kendallville's first Chinese restaurant over 20 years ago! I was in ENHS and our family was also one of very few asians growing up there, enjoying your Friday dinners. Never seen even Chinese Restaurants in Kuwait or Philippines stay opened this long.”

“It's a small town bar they have plenty of beer and what you need. You can play pool with two tables, pull tabs and buy music. They have specials on the wall. The bartenders are wonderful, sassy and know how to treat their customers. One set back is with so many styles of drinks out there they are not familiar or updated on this. They are old school. The best part is there's plenty of room to enjoy youre self and the bathrooms are nice and roomy.”

“The workers here are beyond exceptional. My kid eats a specific type of pizza and they make sure it’s done according to his preference every time. If they happen to make a mistake, they are quick to correct it before I even pick it up. Fantastic service!”

“Elmo's has good pizza, especially for the price. I like sausage and banana peppers pizza on thin crust. Service is good.

It has been hard to reach them on the phone in the past. Perhaps this has gotten better. You can walk into the gas station and order easily, though. This is probably a better option as it walks you through the menu in a manner that makes it easy to customize your order.”
